Users of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Windows Defender are being targeted by spyware.
A Spanish spyware vendor is exploiting vulnerabilities in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Windows Defender to infect both Linux and Windows computers, according to Google. The third vulnerability, used for attacks on Google Chrome users, was patched in August 2021. Variston uses the vulnerability for attacks against both Linux and Windows computers.
