We only provide personal data when this is necessary for the performance of our contract with you, you have given explicit consent for this, or we are legally required to do so. RiskStudio remains responsible for these processing activities.

RiskStudio uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. Cookies ensure that the website works properly, preferences are remembered and the website can be optimized. We use tracking cookies, only with your consent, to offer personalized content and advertisements. During your first visit to our website, we informed you about the use of cookies and requested consent where necessary.

Please make your passport photo, MRZ (strip with numbers at the bottom), passport number and BSN unreadable to protect your privacy. We will respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks at the latest. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the national supervisory authority.

How we secure personal data

RiskStudio takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification of personal data.
