The NLdigital Terms 2025 apply to all offers and agreements of RiskStudio. NLdigital is the trade association for businesses in the digital sector.

Legal Requests and Disclosure of Data
RiskStudio may be legally required to preserve or disclose data to competent authorities. This includes orders under the European eEvidence legislation, insofar as it applies to our services.
We carefully assess such orders and limit preservation and disclosure to the data covered by the legal obligation. Throughout this process, we safeguard the confidentiality and security of the data.
Competent authorities can contact legal@riskstudio.com regarding legal requests. Where an official submission channel is prescribed, that channel must be used.
